Tera Hotel Vientiane

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were modern and clean. The location was slightly outside the city center, but transportation options were available, and the quiet environment was a plus.

Located slightly away from the hustle and bustle, the hotel provides bikes for free to explore the surroundings or a complimentary transfer to the city center. the gym boasts modern equipment, and the pool offers a cool escape. Rooms are well-appointed, and some even feature great views. the bathroom is clean and functional, and the maid service is prompt and efficient.

The staff could be more welcoming and attentive, like other aspects of this hotel.

The rooms were quite spacious and the gym and pool were pretty satisfactory. The hotel was located quite near the city center, so it was convenient to explore the area by foot or bike. It was also quiet at night, which made for a good night's sleep.

The staff were not very welcoming and didn't seem interested in helping out with any queries. The breakfast was substandard and not very filling.

Great facilities, beautiful views During our recent stay, we were impressed by the fantastic facilities offered by this hotel. the gym was top-notch, and the pool was clean and well-maintained. the views from our room were stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel was located in close proximity to some of the city's main attractions.

We noticed that the room could have been better cleaned, and we found small insects in the breakfast room.
